How did you find this site? from an artist friend
Comments: You have a wonderful web site. The work shown is beautiful. I hope you do a workshop in the east sometime; I'd love to participate in one. The Hudson River Valley Art Workshops in Greenville, NY near Albany run by Elliot Dalton is a great workshop place. Maybe someday...?

Comments: Diane, I started to send you an email about an upcoming workshop to be held in Kansas City. It is not yet on your schedule and was wondering if you had more information about it. I have also perused your galleries and I like your pieces, particularly Sudden Surprise, Welcome My Friends, Sunny Facade, Autumn Meadow, and Afternoon in Jacks Canyon. It has been probably 25 years since I took a watercolor painting class at the university (when I thought I would be an art major-I changed majors), but last summer I attended the Autumn Art Workshop held in Halsey Nebraska during September--Rose Edin was one of the guest watercolorists along with Dick Phillips. You and Rose have a lot in common in what you paint. At any rate I was inspired to take up watercolor painting again though I haven't had as much time to pursue it as I had hoped. I am taking another short workshop at the end of March with Sandy Myer in Chester NE. If you have any information about the upcoming workshop in Kansas City I would appreciate it if you would send it to me. If you should need it my mailing address is Verla Herschell, 5833 SW 27th Terr., Topeka KS 66614. Thank you.

How did you find this site? Heard of you thru Marilyn Keating at L' Attelier
Comments: Nice site Diane,

Have you written any books? Now that I've seen your work, I have you on my list of future workshops. I am one of millions aspiring, emerging artists with no formal art background. I've been painting for 4 years.

My goal is to be a "stand out" in watercolors. To learn the art and be good at it. I am determined. I am 50 years old, but I'm not going to quit my day job. I am an R.N.-Wanna-be-Watercolorist.

Hope to see you at one of your future workshops.

Chris Betker

Comments: I loved your work when I was at the Golden Nugget in Wickenburg. Then, I signed up for your class at the West Valley Art Museum. Unfortunately, but to your benefit, the list was full. Good news...I am the first one on the waiting list. If I don't get in this class, I will continue trying with the next ones you give there. Your web site is terrific. Barb Lang

How did you find this site? workshop card
Comments: Diane, I love your free-flowing floral paintings. I have been painting Pleine Aire for 10 years and I am interested in attending the art workshop in Youngstown OH. I spoke with Bea Delpapa on the level of the workshop. I am very interested in painting outside on location. I teach art here in Ashland, KY, and I would like to receive professional development hours for your class. I am allergic to oil paint so it was very interesting to learn how you now devote yourself to watercolor. I have done several workshops and I would love to hear what you have to say about what type of painting we would be doing in OH. Congratulations on such a wonderful gallery representation. I will be in Tuscon, AZ for the first time this Spring Break in April. Perhaps I will visit one of your galleries. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Agape,
Deborah Campbell Salmon

Comments: Hello Diane, I found your web-site by accident and wanted to tell you how beautiful and well done it is, not to mention your gorgeous paintings! I've been "doing" art for years just for me, and just a year ago ventured into watercolor. I love it! Someday, if I have a few successes, I hope to have a web-site as lovely as yours. Here's to your continued success of beautifying the world. Jackie Dinora
